Since area around the eye is very sensitive and there are high risk of causing irritation after application of eye cream. But since these products have become part of our life and we cannot avoid using them so to get best of all we can take some precautionary steps to avoid irritation around the eyes.

• the fewer the ingredients the lesser the chance of reaction. So always chose the eye cream like eyelastin with minimum ingredients
• always go for a patch test so that there will be no further chance of irritancy
• before buying any product , do take a notice whether it contains the label of “dermatologically tested”
• if you have some chronic allergy with a particular ingredient or chemical just do check that it should be present in that ingredient list.
