There are 5 must things to avoid which damages the beauty of the eyes. They are as follows:

1. Too much alcohol or smoke , it results in puffy eyes and also severely effects the vision of the eyes.

2. Electronic over load such as computer usage, texting, emails and internet surfing. It causes fatigue which gives you a tired looking eyes.

3. Sun exposure and flash lights damages the vision of the eyes.

4. A diet consisting of junks because junk tend to deplete the Vitamin B complex in body. Vitamin B complex gives brightness to the eyes.

5. An in active lethargic life which tends to slow down the blood circulation in body hence increasing dark circles and wrinkles  around the eyes.
