So you have been told by your friends about the dark under eye circles on your face. Although, you were worried about it initially, but since then you have started to neglect them. Probably, you have been waiting for some miracle like a genie appearing before you and removing those monstrous half moons in a second.

Give me a break. This is never going to happen as there is no genie and as there is no short cut to get rid of puffy eyes. Usually this condition arises mainly due to interrupted sleep cycles. Thats right. You might not have noticed sleep deprivation since a few days, but that could be one of the reason for the dark circles. Its like, you might be sleeping for 8 regular hours, but during this time you are either dreaming (about Aladdin’s genie) or snoring. If you are dreaming, then you are not giving complete rest to your brain and this shows on your face. Secondly, if you are snoring then maybe your partner is getting disturbed and pokes you every now and then; this also interrupts your sleep and leads to puffy eyes.

Hence to get rid of puffy eyes, give your body a rest of atleast 8 hours daily and apply some effective eye creams for reducing the dark circles.

And yes, Stop Dreaming!
